This is our first time staying in the new Pool Towers at Winstar. All the rooms might be showers, I don't know. Also, for a resort, i would expect a bit more amenities. There was only shampoo, conditioner and lotion.
For a resort type hotel, i think I expected glassware and at least for glasses to be in the actual bathroom. The coffee maker and fridge are hidden inside a dresser under the TV and that meant all of the cups were there too. The pool view was neat.īack to the room…. Our view was Northwest or the parking lot.
We were happy because it was not but a few steps to the elevator. If you want a quieter stay, request further down the hall. Once, I heard the ice vending but it was in the morning. We were in room 30605 (6th Floor) right next to the elevator but there was no one near us and the elevators did not bother us. We stayed in Pool Tower South and Pool tower north is a bit closer to the casino but no more than 30 steps depending on how far in to the South wing you stay.
